A live calendar, an instant quote and a short hold on the dates. Double bookings are impossible, with a cleaning gap between stays.
Pricing rules
Seasons, date overrides, extra-guest surcharges, length-of-stay discounts, tourist tax and coupons. The price on the site is the price charged.
Payment
Bank transfer with the IBAN on the confirmation, or card via Stripe with 3D Secure, deposit or full amount, and automatic refunds.
Booking.com and Airbnb
Two-way iCal sync, the channels' booking emails read automatically, and an alert when a stay disappears from a channel.
eVisitor and door codes
Guests fill in their details once; check-in and check-out follow. Each stay gets its own smart-lock code through Seam.
Guest messages
Confirmation, instructions, door code and review request go out on time by email, WhatsApp or SMS, in the guest's language.

No. Crib keeps the calendars in sync with two-way iCal and reads the channels' booking emails. Direct bookings come to your site without commission.
Do I need a smart lock?
No, locks are optional. With a lock connected through Seam, every stay gets its own door code.
Which languages does the guest site support?
English, German, Czech, Slovak and Hungarian. Pages are translated with AI and published after you review them.
