Who is responsible

The controller of personal data is SevenKings, uslužni obrt, vl. Matija Zeman, Velikopoljska ulica 9 D, Veliko Polje, 10000 Zagreb, Croatia. OIB 72102288793, registry number (MBO) 98606174, registered in the Croatian Trade Register. Contact: info@7kings.hr.

We have not appointed a data protection officer, as the law does not require one for our activities. Write to info@7kings.hr with any question about your data.

What this website collects

This website does not collect personal data. It has no forms, no analytics, no advertising tools and no social media plugins, and it does not set cookies. The only thing it stores in your browser is your language choice (7k-lang), and only after you pick EN or HR; it never leaves your device. Fonts, images and videos are served from our own domain.

To deliver the pages, the hosting provider processes technical connection data, such as your IP address, the time of the request and your browser type. This is needed to send the page to your device and to protect the service from abuse. We do not use this data to identify or profile visitors.

When you write to us

If you email info@7kings.hr, crib@7kings.hr or another 7kings.hr address, we process your name, email address and whatever you write, to answer you and, if you wish, to prepare an offer or a demo.

  • Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
  • How long: as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any business relationship that follows from it, and longer only where the law requires us to keep records.
  • Who sees it: only us. We do not sell or share your data for marketing.

Processors

We use two services from Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd, which process data on our behalf under the EU General Data Protection Regulation:

  • Microsoft Azure Static Web Apps hosts this website in the West Europe region.
  • Microsoft 365 handles our email.

Some pages link to product sites and reference projects on other domains, such as polixa.hr, first11.hr or crib.7kings.hr. Those sites have their own privacy policies.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. Write to info@7kings.hr and we will answer within one month.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (Agencija za zaštitu osobnih podataka, AZOP), Selska cesta 136, 10000 Zagreb, azop.hr.

Changes

If the way we handle data changes, for example if we add a contact form or analytics, we will update this page first. The date at the top shows the latest version.
